    This Indenture, Made the Twenty ninth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve, Between Margaret E. Hommel of the Township of West Buffalo, County of Union and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Susan Wagner of the same place of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and fifty dollars ($550.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto her well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sol[d], aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and buy these presents doth grant, bargain sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said part of the send part, her heirs and assigns, All that piece or tract of land situated in West Buffalo Township bounded and described as follows, BEGINNING at a post thence by land of John R. Hursh North 86 ¾ degrees West 10 rods to a post, thence by land of Levi Miller, dec'd North 2 ¼ degrees East 49 9/10 rods to a post in road thence by land of Solomon E. Heberling, dec'd. South 85 degrees East ten rods to a stone, thence by land of Mrs. George Kline and land of John N Suyer, South 2 ¼ degrees West 50 1/10 rods to the place of beginning, containing three acres and twenty perches, strict measure. It being the same premises which Jeremiah Reitenbach, administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of Solomon E. Heberling, dec'd, who died intestate by virtue and in pursuance of an order of the Orphans' Court of Union County, Penna, for the sale of the real estate of the said Intestate, by Indenture of the said Jeremiah Reitenbach dated the 20th day of March A.D. 1893 for the consideration on therein mentioned did grant and confirm unto Sarah J. Heberling her heirs and assigns, the above mentioned piece of land, with the appurtenances to hold the same to her, her heirs and assigns forever so in and by the said Indenture relation being had appears, By Indenture of the said Sara a. Miller and Chas. Miller her husband, date the thirty first day of March A.D. 1902 for the consideration therein mentioned did grant and confirm to Calvin Hommel & Margaret Hommel, this wife, their heirs and assigns the above mentioned piece of land with the appurtenances to hold the same to himself, his heirs and assigns forever as in and by the said Indenture relation being had appears.

    TOGETHER with all and singular the said property, improvements, ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said part of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

    TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever. The said party of the first part, for herself, and her heirs, exscrubbs and administrators, doth by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said part of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that she the said party of the first part, and her heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above descried and granted or mentioned, and intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said part of the second part, her heirs and assigns, against her the said party of the first part, and her heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has to these presents set her hand and seal. Dated the day and year first above written. Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of A.E. Kline. G.W. Boyer Margaret E. Hommel. (SEAL)

    Received the day of the date of the above Indenture of the above named Susan Wagner, the sum of Fire hundred and fifty Dollars, lawful money of the United States, being the consideration money above mentioned in full. Witness. G.W. Boyer Margaret E. Hommel.

    State of Pennsylvania, County of Union, ss. On this 29th day of October, A.D. 1912, before me, the subscriber, personally came the above named Margaret E. Hommel, who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be her act and deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such. Witness my hand and official seal the day and year aforesaid. Commission expires Jan. 1, 1916
