  • Notes 
    • Wounded on 5 May 1864 in the Battle of the Wilderness (VA). He was sent to Mt Pleasant General Hospital on 24 May 1864, then to Waddington General Hospital in West Philadelphia on 31 May 1864. He had a gunshot wound in the left thigh which resulted in impaired use of his left leg, lame back, heart disease, and rhuematism.
