  In 1868 Lewis was living in the Soldier's orphans School at McCallisterville and Jacksonville. Wesley UMC church listed Lewis and Margaret A. Kline as probationers at Forest Hill, in Feb 1871 and members in 1877. Also listed as members of William Lorh's Sunday School Class in 1884-5 and members in 1906. L.
